Provost Path is not a lender. If you have a question about an existing loan, a payment, or a payoff amount, your lender is the only one who can answer it. We don't have access to your loan account.

We aim to respond within two business days. Privacy requests are handled within the timeframe required by applicable law.

How to stop hearing from us

The fastest way is the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we've sent you. It takes effect immediately. You can also email optout@provostpath.com from the address you want removed, or reply STOP to any text message.

One thing worth knowing: unsubscribing from Provost Path stops our messages. If you already submitted a request and we matched you with lenders, those lenders have your information under their own privacy policies, and you'll need to opt out with each of them directly. We can't do it on your behalf.

Reporting a problem

If you're getting email you never signed up for, or something on this site looks wrong, tell us at contact@provostpath.com and include the full message headers if you have them. We investigate every report.

Before you write in

"Am I approved?" We don't make that decision. The lender does, and they'll contact you directly.

"What rate will I get?" We can't tell you. It depends on the lender's underwriting, your credit profile, your state, and the amount and term you choose.

"Can you remove a hard inquiry?" No. Only the lender that placed it or the credit bureau can address that.

"Do you charge anything?" No. If anyone claiming to be Provost Path asks you for an upfront fee, a gift card, or a wire transfer, it isn't us. Report it to contact@provostpath.com.
